I am pleased to present you the activity report 2017 in Sant Tomàs, in the year which was particularly intense and important for our orga- nisation, because we celebrated our 50th anniversary and because the Sant Tomàs Foundation got underway. Work has continued from the different services in an effort and interest to make our mission possible. This document will give you details of the work that has been done.

QUALITY AND EXCELLENCE

We maintain the scope of our certifications in Quality, Occupational Risks and Environment. Work was done to adapt the Integrated Management System (IMS) to the new versions of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management systems standards, which will have to be audited and certified in 2018. Work also started on im- plementing the Entigest Quality for the organisation of the IMS. The change was made from the External Prevention Service (EPS).

8 11 46 CLOSURE OF THE STRATEGIC PLAN 2015-2017 19 17 The Strategic Plan 2015-2017 was organised in 5 dimensions: People, Vital surroundings, Society and territory, Support and services, Initiatives of social economy and search for resources, and Highly achieved Organisation and development. Strategic lines were drawn out of these dimensions and from these, achieved goals that were structured into actions. Of the total 101 planned actions, fulfilment was analysed in Half achieved accordance with whether the action had been entirely achieved, or whether, if partially achieved, Not very achieved to what extent.
