3 Action Taken Under Delegated Powers: Approval of Arun District Council as a Member to the Board to the Greater Brighton Economic Board

Councillor Peter Lamb, as Leader of the Council, exercised delegated authority in accordance with the Constitution on 31 July 2019 to approve Arun District Council as a Member to the Board to the Greater Brighton Economic Board as set out in consideration report PES/334 included in Councillor’s Information Bulletin IB/984.

4 Data Centre Migration: Post Implementation Review Report 13 - 28

As requested by the Audit Committee, the report on the post implementation review of the Data Centre Migration programme, provided by an external agency, Actica Consulting is attached for Councillors only.

WEST SUSSEX COUNTY COUNCIL TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION

HORSHAM ROAD, BROADFIELD

NOTICE IS hereby given that in pursuance of the provisions of Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the use of (and parking on) Horsham Road, Broadfield from junction with Horsham Road Roundabout to junction with Broadfield Roundabout is temporarily prohibited from 20/08/19 at 20:00 until 22/08/19 at 05:00.

The restriction will be in place Night-time only between 20:00 – 05:00.

This closure is necessary to allow Breheny Civil Engineering to carry out resurfacing works.

Emergency vehicle, Residential and Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times

The alternative route for traffic will be signed via Crawley Avenue (A23), Brighton Road (A23), Crawley South Western Bypass (A264), Horsham Road (A2220).

This restriction will be effective for a maximum of 5 days from the start date given above

WEST SUSSEX COUNTY COUNCIL TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION

NORTHGATE AVENUE ROUNDABOUT, NORTHGATE

NOTICE IS hereby given that in pursuance of the provisions of Section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the use of (and parking on) Northgate Avenue Roundabout, Northgate from junction with The Boulevard to junction with Exchange Road is temporarily prohibited from 21/08/19 at 18:30 until 21/08/19 at 23:59.

The restriction will be in place Night-time only between 18:30 – 23:59.

This closure is necessary to allow Balfour Beatty on behalf of West Sussex County Council to undertake carriageway patching works.

Emergency vehicle, Residential and Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times

The alternative route for traffic will be signed via The Boulevard (westbound) High Street, Orchard Street, Pegler Way, High Street, London Road,Kilnmead, Woodfield Road, Northgate Ave and visa versa.

This restriction will be effective for a maximum of 5 days from the start date given above
