You can also create a new account.

If you use an email address for the Username, you are enrolling your email in system notifications. If you do not want email notifications, make up a username other than an email account.

Once you have entered your login information, click on Continue.

Click on the Verify Information button.

If you did not use an email address as your account username, there is a box available to receive an email confirmation of your account. If you put your email address in this box, you are electing NOT to receive notifications via email.

Click on the Verify Information Button.

After clicking on Verify, the system will warn you is there are any errors.

You can click on correct errors to go back and fix any errors. If there are no errors, you should get to the enrollment page, which shows your contact information as submitted.

Scroll through the page to the bottom.

Simply click on Con tinue to complete the signup.
