EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: A PhD Candidate and Lecturer at Western University in London, Ontario in the Department of Political Science specializing in international relations and comparative politics. Dissertation, supervised by Dr. Radoslav Dimitrov, focuses on why established democracies supply international election observers, and leverages field experience as a Canadian and Czech delegate in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and North Macedonia.
