Partner 2: City of Kapfenberg Roles and functioning: Procurement and provision of information for the creation of a regional welcome folder. Responsible for the implementation of the pilot project. Partner 3: City of Trofaiach Roles and functioning: Procurement and provision of information for the creation of a regional welcome folder. Responsible for the implementation of the pilot project. Partner 4: Art of Reconciliation GmbH Roles and functioning: Art of Reconciliation GmbH is a specialist in questions of recruiting of international skilled workers. They contribute their expertise to the development of active recruiting concepts and projects. Development of a sub-project in the field of Active Recruiting with focus on integration of South-European labourers (Spanish, Italian) in the regional metal industry. Region: Region Obersteiermark Ost – NUTS III: AT 223 (Districts: Bruck-Mürzzuschlag and Leoben) Agreement: MoU Status: Implementation started in March 2018. 4 Partner 5: AMS Mürzzuschlag Roles and functioning: As local provider of important expertise in work-related immigration guidelines the AMS Mürzuschlag (Labour Market Service) is an essential partner for the effective implementation of new approaches of recruitment. Region: Region Obersteiermark Ost – NUTS III: AT 223 (Districts: Bruck-Mürzzuschlag and Leoben) Agreement: MoU Status: Implementation started in March 2018. Partner 6: AREAm Styria GmbH Roles and functioning: Local partner in questions of regional business support and area management. As a company of RM OSO and the Cities of Leoben, Kapfenberg, Bruck an der Mur, Trofaiach and Kindberg AREAm Styria plays a key role in coordinated regional development and joint projects. Region: Region Obersteiermark Ost – NUTS III: AT 223 (Districts: Bruck-Mürzzuschlag and Leoben) Agreement: MoU Status: Implementation started in March 2018. Partner 7: WIL: Wirtschaftsinitiativen Leoben Roles and functioning: Subsidiary of the city of Leoben and local partner in questions of business innovation and company settlement. Collecting information in business affairs, identification of target groups and definition of concrete measures of the pilot project. Region: Region Obersteiermark Ost – NUTS III: AT 223 (Districts: Bruck-Mürzzuschlag and Leoben) Agreement: MoU. Status: Implementation started in March 2018. Partner 8: Böhler Edelstahl GmbH & Co KG Roles and functioning: As one of the leading companies and one of the main employment providers in the region, Böhler Edelstahl represents the interests of the employers, their needs and requirements concerning labour force and workers. Region: Region Obersteiermark Ost – NUTS III: AT 223 (Districts: Bruck-Mürzzuschlag and Leoben) Agreement: MoU. Status: Implementation started in March 2018. 5 5 - EURAC Partner 1: Municipality of Mals/Val Venosta Roles and functioning: Responsible for the implementation of the project activities in the municipalities with our support and the follow-up activities. Region: South Tyrol, Italy Agreement: MoU with the municipality of Mals Status: Cooperation initiated in December 2016; implementation started in September 2018. Partner 2: Municipality of St. Ulrich/Val Gardena Roles and functioning: Responsible for the implementation of the project activities in the municipalities with our support and the follow-up activities. Region: South Tyrol, Italy Agreement: MoU with the municipality of St. Ulrich Status: Cooperation initiated in December 2016; implementation started in September 2018. 6 – RPIEM Partner: Associazione Temporanea di Scopo ‘In rete per accogliere’ Ad hoc temporary consortium made by the following 15 organisations: Confcooperative - Unione regionale del Piemonte; Federazione Regionale Coldiretti del Piemonte; Consorzio regionale per il consolidamento e lo sviluppo della cooperazione agricola – Società Agricola Cooperativa GESTCOOPER; Istituto per la Formazione Professionale Agricola INIPA; Comune di Saluzzo; Comune di Lagnasco; Comunità Collinare Vigne e Vini tra i Comuni di Nizza Monferrato, Incisa Scapaccino, Calamandrana, Mombaruzzo, Castelnuovo Belbo, Fontanile, Cortiglione, Bruno, Maranzana, Vaglio Serra, Quaranti e Castelletto Molina; Consorzio Monviso Solidale delle Comunità locali del Fossanese, Saluzzese e Saviglianese; Consorzio intercomunale socio assistenziale C.I.S.A. Roles and functioning: Responsible for the implementation of the pilot project and for follow up activities after the project closure. 6 Region: Piedmont Region – areas of the province of Asti and of Cuneo province. Agreement: Contract signed on 27th September 2018. Status: Informal cooperation of ‘In rete per accogliere’ started in January 2018. Formal cooperation and implementation started with signing of the contract on 27th September 2018. 7 – FFD Partner 1: Comunità della Val di Non, Cles, Province of Trento, Italy Roles and functioning: Comunità della Val di Non will be one of the two hosts of project piloting. At general level, the Comunità della Val di Non agreed to support the project: a) identifying a person responsible for them; b) supporting the organization and the implementation of the piloting; c) developing networking to support the piloting; d) diffusing the information about the piloting at local level Region: Trentino Alto-Adige Region, Province of Trento. Agreement: MoU Status: Implementation started in May 2017. Partner 2: Comunità della Val di Sole, Malé, Province of Trento, Italy Roles and functioning: Comunità della Val di Sole will be one of the two hosts of project piloting. At general level, the Comunità della Val di Sole agreed to support the project: a) identifying a person responsible for them; b) supporting the organization and the implementation of the piloting; c) developing networking to support the piloting; d) diffusing the information about the piloting at local level Region: Trentino Alto-Adige Region, Province of Trento. Agreement: MoU Status: Implementation started in May 2017. Partner 3: yummyMEDIA video production Roles and functioning: This is the partner we have found/chosen for the first part of the piloting, which means the production of videos on welcoming culture and migration issues on alpine areas. It is a professional developer of documentaries and videos, so the main role will be supporting us in delivering the videos for the piloting during the first year (2017-2018). Region: Trentino Alto-Adige Region, Province of Trento. Agreement: Commercial contract for services. Status: Implementation started in July 2017. Partner 4: APPM – Associazione Provinciale Per i Minori Onlus, Province of Trento, Italy 7 Roles and functioning: APPM agreed to support the project: a) identifying a person responsible for them; b) supporting the organization and the implementation of the piloting; c) developing networking to support the piloting; d) diffusing the information about the piloting at local level.
