Vatican Radio is the broadcasting station of the Holy See, legally recognized by the international bodies. The programmes of Vatican Radio are for the most part dedicated to the various permanent aspects of Christian life. Special attention is given to ecumenism and to inter- religious dialogue. A fair consideration is also given to human culture and arts, especially music, more suitable to the technical features of this means of communication. Vatican Radio broadcasts in three different ways: Radio waves, satellite, and internet audio channels. Vatican Radio on the Net! There are two ways to listen to our audio channels on the internet: Live Broadcast and Audio on Demand. First, you need to log on to Vatican Radio’s website (www.vaticanradio.org) or to the Vatican website (www.vatican.va). For a live broadcast of our programmes choose any of the five channels. The Indian programmes are in channel 4. Once you know the time of our broadcast, listening to us is just a click away.
