As of the 2016-2017 school year, there are more than 6,200 AVID secondary, elementary, and higher education implementations throughout the country. Schools and districts take methodologies and strategies from the AVID Secondary and AVID Elementary systems and implement them schoolwide and districtwide to impact entire communities and create articulated programs for college success.
