Alex DeLeo, 24 1996-2020 Sadly, Alex DeLeo, the son of Joseph and Meredith, passed away peacefully af- ter a life-long battle with Cystic Fibrosis on Monday August 17th, 2020 at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Boston. He was born on June 21st 1996 and resid- ed in West Peabody with his family. Alex was a graduate of the Landmark School in Beverly Farms and also was a student at Salem State Uni- versity studying Health and Medical sciences.
