Mrs Phillips has spent 50 years as a member of the club, playing golf herself as well as supporting her son Warwick and late husband, Mervyn in their golfi ng achievements. She was blown away by all the fuss and seeing so many past and present club members in attend- ance. “It was a wonderful surprise.
