Čitluk We are a company engaged in the cultivation and production of imomortelle essential oil. We have a team of people (14 employees) who on the Herzegovinian rocky grown and processed rare immortelle - a plant in which we recognized all the best that nature has to offer! All work independently - from sowing seed to the essential oil, which is our final product. The entire production process is based on organic farming, which is why our oil 100% ecological product. IMMORTELLE PLANTING – First planting On April 2016 SOIL REQUIREMENTS: Does best in clay, loam and sandy soil, with a 6 to 7 pH level. This plant is tolerant of poor soil. SUN REQUIREMENTS: Thrives best in partial to full sun. Our plots of immortelle are in accordance with the organic farming standards and controlled by Federal Agro-Mediterranean Institute. At this moment we own 40 ha plots of immortelle.

For the next year , we plan to plant 107,04 ha plots of immortelle.

We use flower buds to make an essential oil of Helichrysum italicum.

Imortelle essentail oil has known antiallergenic, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antioxidant, antibacterial, antispasmodic, cholagogue, cicatrizant, astringent, diuretic, hepatic, nervine and stimulant properties.

It is used for cosmetics, farmaceutics and medical products.

Particularly used for the treatment of skin conditions and liver ailments.

Helichrysum is considered to be a non-toxic, non-irritant safe oil. DESTILLATION PROCES

SIMPLE DISTILLATION PFD SCHEME Our essential oil (its chemical composition) is tested on GC/MS spectrophotometry at the accredited laboratory in Federal Agro- Mediterranean Institute, packed in the dark bottle and storage in the dark room.

Hydrolate or floral water ,which consists hydrophil compounds from immortelle, we plan to sell to organic cosmetic producers.
