As the pioneer Junior Chamber International (JCI) is a global membership-based nonprofit organization of the JCI movement in Asia, JCI Philippines has of young active citizens ages 18-40 who are dedicated to creating positive change in their communities. The JCI movement started October 13, 1915 by one active citizen, Henry Giessenbier, who had a passion for positive change.
