It’s an extremely popular model in restaurants & small hotels & like any Carpigiani machine, lasts for decades. Quartetto Chefs often unwillingly have to store ice-creams in freezers meant for other products. This sharing, often in confined Pronto 4C spaces, leaves a Vanilla ice-cream smell like Tandoori Chicken or a Chocolate ice-cream with Peas resting on the surface. The Quartetto not only produces fresh ice-cream, but also allows storage of the same, very much in itself.
