Pronto 4/c Pronto 4/c is a small but robust batch freezer suited for back of the house ice-cream production in small batches (500-650 g) from ambient temperature mixes. It’s an extremely popular model in restaurants & small hotels & like any Carpigiani machine, lasts for decades.

Quartetto Chefs often unwillingly have to store ice-creams in freezers meant for other products. This sharing, often in confined Pronto 4C spaces, leaves a Vanilla ice-cream smell like Tandoori Chicken or a Chocolate ice-cream with Peas resting on the surface.

The Quartetto not only produces fresh ice-cream, but also allows storage of the same, very much in itself.

Carefully mixed & hygienically processed premixes make it easy for ice cream makers, especially in hotels, to produce safe & delicious ice creams, without having to pasteurise & age. The Ready DF goes a step further by dosing exactly the desired amount of water to be added to the premix. After this, the machine allows you to heat the premix, before freezing it into ice cream.
