Environmental Impact Assessment Screening Opinion Request Executive Summary This report has been prepared on behalf of Severn Trent Water Limited to formally request a screening opinion from Nottinghamshire County Council to confirm whether works required to improve the effluent quality discharged from Cotgrave and Radcliffe Sewage Treatment Works (STW) involving the proposed installation of a new sewer rising main from Cotgrave STW to Radcliffe STW and final effluent/storm sewer from Radcliffe STW to the River Trent discharge point, constitutes Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) development.
