Government Defeat in Lords on State Aid (Revocations and Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 Wednesday 02/12/2020 On 02/12/2020 the government had a defeat in the House of Lords on a motion to regret the State Aid (Revocations and Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020: To regret that the regulations replace EU State Aid rules with an as yet undefined regime, and therefore call on the government to delay their implementation (non-fatal motion).
