Grant Opportunities & News You Can Use

Welcome to 2019, Barnard faculty!

We have a lot of news in our News this month, some of it actually making headlines. Therefore, we have skipped our regular Featured Funder and Sage Advice columns to provide an overview of how federal agencies are affected by the“ unavailability of appropriated funds,” to quote the NEH, a.k.a. the government shutdown. Also, the NIH has released information about new rigor and reproducibility guidance and other policy changes as of January 25, 2019.

Following the News, this newsletter profiles opportunities coming due mostly in late March.
