THE GAME (PRESERVATION AND CONTROL) ACT. Statutory Instrument 226-25.

L.N.364 of 1963. The Game (KiIak Hunting Area) Ordcr. s.1.17 of 1964. (Sections 71 and 72 of the Act). 1. (I) THISOROEH may be cited as the Game (Kilak Hunting Area) Order. (2) This Order shall apply to the area specifid in the First ScheduIc to this Order. 2. The hunting of any species of scheduIed animals specified in the Second Schedule to this Order is hereby prohibited. 3. In respect of any species of scheduicd animals specified in the first column of the Third Schedule to this Order the number of cach of such species which rnay be hunted in any orie calendar year shall be the number respectiveh out in the second col urnn of such Schedule, 4. It is hereby prescribed that on dlc issue of a permit to . hunt any species of the scheduled animals specified in the Third Schedule to this Ordcr there shall be paid to the Acholi District, Administration the basic fee as specified in that Schedule and, in addition, the fee respectively specified in respect of each of wlch specias in the third, fourth and fifth columns of that Schedule.

5. It is hcreby declared that a request has been received in writing from the Aclzoli District Administration to prescribe the fees specified in the fifth column of the Third Schedule to this Order in respect of permits issued to b~nafide residents of the Acholi District. para, 1.
