Who We Are at EFCTS Graduation & Diploma Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools serves Students enrolled in an Eastland-Fairfield program 16 school districts in Franklin, Fairfield, and Pickaway will graduate and receive their diploma from their counties. It covers an area of 700 square miles and home high school.
