2020 MOTORSPORT AUSTRALIA MANUAL GENERAL REGULATIONS General Conditions for all Titles motorsport.org.au Modified Article Date of Application Date of Publication 1. TITLES CAMS titles include Australian and State Championships, Cups, Trophies, Challenges or Series. No CAMS title shall be attached to a Club competition. ELIGIBILITY Each person competing for a title shall hold the appropriate CAMS licence or, in the case of an international event, hold the relevant international licence. 3. POINTS Points in CAMS titles shall be allotted only to CAMS licence holders in the order of their classification as Australian licence holders. Notwithstanding, Motor Sport New Zealand licence holders may also score points in accordance with the Trans-Tasman agreement. 4. TIES Unless determined otherwise in the Sporting Regulations for a title, if two or more drivers score equal points, the positions shall be determined by the greater number of higher placings. If this mechanism does not determine the result, a tie shall be declared. 5. SIGNS The CAMS logo must be displayed in accordance with Schedule K (see “General Requirements for Cars and Drivers” in the CAMS Manual of Motor Sport). 6. REGISTRATION Registration, if required for a CAMS title, shall be specified in the Sporting Regulations. 7. TELEVISION The organisers of a round counting towards a CAMS title may be required to assign to CAMS all rights in respect of television broadcasting. 8. TITLES Subject to the approval of CAMS, an Australian title round may incorporate State title rounds.
