Constitution Amendment Act, 1978

[Assented to June 29, 1978.)

HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assem­ bly of the Province of , enacts as follows:

R.S.B.C. 1960, c. 71

1. Section 14 of the Constitution Act is amended by striking out "fif­ ty-five" and substituting "57".

Commencement 2. This Ac»- come- into force on the day on which the thirty-first Leg­ islative Assembly is dissolved.
