This docket was initiated by Complainant, 5 Kerry Ivey. This case concerns a complaint against 6 Illinois Power Company, doing business as AmerenIP. 7 Mr. Ivey alleges that AmerenIP is demanding an 8 outstanding payment of a utility bill incurred at 508 9 East Gift Avenue in Peoria, Illinois. He states that 10 he's a victim of ID theft and that he did not put the 11 services in his name and therefore should not be made to 12 pay the outstanding balance. 13 May I have appearances for the record, please. 14 MR.
