We develop and test the contemporary approach to the analysis of the raw material market for marketing needs of the leading grain processing enterprises. Our results and findings are based on cluster analysis built according to the territorial principle. The stages of preparation and assessment of data are determined. The interpretation of results and comparison with traditional practices are also presented within the scope of the paper. The constructed model allows to find the hidden patterns in the development of priority qualities of potential counterparts taking into account their spatial dispersion. Our results might be of some interests to stakeholders in agricultural policy and regional development as well as to the policy-makers of various sorts. 1 Introduction A characteristic feature of the marketing theory is the constant consideration of changes in the socio-economic environment. Practice sets new tasks and defines new priorities, while the researchers describe and comprehend events and enrich the scientific and practical arsenal of marketing activities of enterprises. -

Ukraine Scenario 1) Background a. Donetsk and Luhansk are rebel-held parts of Ukraine, and have been since 2014. The regions have ethnic Russian majorities and rebelled over attempts to ban Russian as an official language and curtail trade across the Russian border. Many of the rebels advocate secession. b. Ukraine’s state power company claimed the regions were some $431 million in debt over non- payment of bills. Russia says that they will be providing power through pre-existing lines effective immediately to avoid loss of electricity to some 3 million people in the effected areas. c. The decision by the Ukrainian government to cut power to the region appears to be an attempt to put pressure on the secessionist movement, though ironically by forcing them to turn to Russia for electricity, they may further enhance the region’s link to the Russian Federation. Areas in Eastern Ukraine (Donbas Region) have had power cut by pro-Ukrainian (Kiev Government) groups that control the highest capacity power generation stations in the country. These are the 4 operational nuclear power stations in western Ukraine which includes the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Station, the largest nuclear power plant in Europe generating 6,000 MW. This leaves the Russian controlled areas with a small number of lower capacity coal generation facilities to power the Donbas region with additional power provided by Russian power plants to support the area. -

The Congress and the President were prompted to establish the Commission because of the special problem faced by Jewish sites in the region: The communities that had once cared for the properties were annihilated during the Holocaust. -

The BJMH is produced with the support of British Journal for Military History, Volume 7, Issue 2, July 2021 Commemoration in the midst of the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict ANNA GLEW* University of Manchester, UK Email: [email protected] ABSTRACT Since the onset of the Russia-Ukraine conflict in 2014, new memory actors in Ukraine (veterans, families of the fallen soldiers, and other activists) seek to commemorate those Ukrainians who lost their lives on the frontline. By examining the construction of memorials in the Poltava oblast (Central Ukraine), the article demonstrates that in the context of the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict the commemorative activity of ordinary people is impacted by the continued human losses, ordinary people’s perception of the future (grounded in their present-day experiences), and their desire to ensure that their memories are preserved for future generations. Introduction The onset of the Russia-Ukraine conflict in 2014 saw several initiatives to commemorate the fallen Ukrainian soldiers. As of early 2021, the conflict led to more than four thousand combat and non-combat military deaths among the Ukrainian military and its affiliated units.1 New memory actors (veterans, families of the fallen soldiers, and other activists) now seek to commemorate those citizens who lost their lives on the frontline. -

Goodbye Lenin: A Memory Shift in Revolutionary Ukraine by Serhii Plokhii Sunday, December 8, 2013 witnessed by far the largest public protest to take place in the city of Kyiv since the Orange Revolution of 2004. About 800,000 people poured into Independence Square (Maidan) and Khreshchatyk Boulevard in the city center to protest actions taken by the government of President Viktor Yanukovych. The protests had been initiated eighteen days earlier, on the night of November 21, by a few hundred people appalled at the abrupt change in the policy of the Ukrainian government, which, under pressure from Russia, had refused to sign the long-awaited association agreement between Ukraine and the European Union. The EuroMaidan, or the European Maidan protests, as they became known in the media, were started by Kyiv yuppies—a relatively small group of Western-oriented journalists, businessmen, political activists and students—who saw in the association agreement their last hope of reforming Ukrainian politics and society in order to liberate them from the Soviet legacy and the corrupt Russian-backed regime of President Yanukovych. The EuroMaidan turned into what became known as the Revolution of Dignity on Sunday, December 1, after government riot police brutally dispersed student protesters encamped on the square. Close to 350,000 Kyivans took to the streets of the capital. The orientation toward Europe and signing of the association agreement with the EU remained among their slogans and goals. But the new protest was fueled first and foremost by their refusal to countenance the regime’s brutality as a way of solving political problems. -

CONSTITUTION OF UKRAINE Adopted at the Fifth Session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on June 28, 1996 Amended by the Laws of Ukraine № 2222-IV dated December 8, 2004, № 2952-VI dated February 1, 2011, № 586-VII dated September 19, 2013, № 742-VII dated February 21, 2014, № 1401-VIII dated June 2, 2016 № 2680-VIII dated February 7, 2019 The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, on behalf of the Ukrainian people - citizens of Ukraine of all nationalities, expressing the sovereign will of the people, based on the centuries-old history of Ukrainian state-building and on the right to self-determination realised by the Ukrainian nation, all the Ukrainian people, providing for the guarantee of human rights and freedoms and of the worthy conditions of human life, caring for the strengthening of civil harmony on Ukrainian soil, and confirming the European identity of the Ukrainian people and the irreversibility of the European and Euro-Atlantic course of Ukraine, striving to develop and strengthen a democratic, social, law-based state, aware of responsibility before God, our own conscience, past, present and future generations, guided by the Act of Declaration of the Independence of Ukraine of August 24, 1991, approved by the national vote on December 1, 1991, adopts this Constitution - the Fundamental Law of Ukraine. Chapter I General Principles Article 1 Ukraine is a sovereign and independent, democratic, social, law-based state. Article 2 The sovereignty of Ukraine extends throughout its entire territory. Ukraine is a unitary state. The territory of Ukraine within its present border is indivisible and inviolable. Article 3 The human being, his or her life and health, honour and dignity, inviolability and security are recognised in Ukraine as the highest social value.
