Sector 4 – «EcoLife»(reserve sector). •The total area is 26,78 ha. Sector 5 – «Energetics» (alternative energy and engineering). •Sector 5 is to provide the companies working in the field of energy efficiency and energy saving technologies, production tool, equipment and agricultural machinery manufacture. •Approximate size of expected investment is 150 million dollars. •Estimated number of created jobs is 1115 people. •The total area is 44,61 ha.
