Viacom's MTV Networks and Mediacom Communications Sign Long Term Affiliation Agreement January 6, 2004 NEW YORK and MIDDLETOWN, N.Y., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MTV Networks, a division of Viacom Inc. (NYSE: VIA and VIA.B) and Mediacom Communications Corporation (Nasdaq: MCCC), through its operating subsidiaries, today announced that they have signed a long-term affiliation agreement that secures distribution for all MTV Networks analog channels, including Comedy Central, throughout Mediacom's cable systems. The agreement also provides for the distribution of MTV Networks' core digital package which includes Noggin, VH1 Classic, MTV2, Nickelodeon Games and Sports (GAS), Nicktoons and MTV Hits across Mediacom systems.
