2 Welcome to our Autumn 2016 edition. We have lots of exciting new courses in this edition – Adult Trapeze with ArtSpace (think I may have ago at that one!), Jump with White Lotus (see cover picture, top right), Yoga for Autism with Veronika Pena, and how about challenging yourself to some Medieval German Longsword lessons. Kirsty continues with her singing sessions, and does ‘Singing for Breathing’ for those with lung problems. You’ll also find some great Christmas workshops in ‘Arts & Crafts’ and ‘Food & Drink’, including Christmas Chocolate Making with Humble By Nature. We would like to thank Jess from Herbal Ways, who has been doing our Foraging News over the past year. Her monthly Foraging News is still available on our website, so check it out and get out there for some free delicious fresh food. Christopher Robbins, who has been doing Foraging Walks here in the Forest for very many years, will be writing for our brochure this year. Things are always shifting here at The Forest Bee. Caroline is working more, so has had to step out completely. We extend her a huge thank you for coming in in December 2014 to create the brochure for us, taking on much more than she intended, and proving a great asset. We will miss her. So, now we are a little anxious - we have new software to create the brochure and new printers …..(contd. p 31)
