Included in this report is a summary of major upcoming office developments, and a review of taxes and operating costs for buildings in downtown Vancouver. Suburban Q4 2017: 11.7% Q1 has certainly been interesting politically. While our neighbours to the south introduced Q1 2018: 10.4% more favourable tax policies for business, our Federal and Provincial Governments have elected to move in the opposite direction.
