In most cases of burglary, suspects gained entry by forcing the doors open. Targeted Suburb: Sunninghill and Woodmead. Times: Mainly between 08:00 to 15:00. Days: Tuesday. SECTOR 2: (Brecknock AH; Bryanston; Klevehill Park; Lonehill; Paulshof; Petervale; Rietfontein; River Club) Burglary and robbery contributed mainly in the Sector. In most cases of burglary, suspects forced doors open to gain access. Electronic equipment was targeted. In most robbery cases, suspects were two to four black males with firearms. Common modus operandi included targeting security guards during business robberies and tying up victims with cable ties during house robberies. Electronic equipment and jewelry were targeted. Targeted Suburb: Bryanston. Times: Mainly between 02:00 to 07:00. Days: Thursday.
