The Senior Director of Admissions will lead the recruitment team in pursuing targeted enrollments to reach University financial, academic, and mission objectives. To achieve enrollment goals, he or she will carefully select, train, motivate, empower, and lead staff and direct the development and implementation of policies and procedures to optimize staffing for the efficient processing, review and evaluation of students for admission.
