The Even Start Program of Middletown Adult Education recognizes that a parent is the child’s first and most im- portant teacher. We support this by bringing parents in need of adult education and their children together to share the excitement and joy of learning. Family learning provides early childhood education and adult academic instruction. It strengthens the parent-child relationship and enhances parenting skills through a Sociology of Families class and daily parent and child activities.
