Those who will lead us received valuable train- ing in courses such as being an effective committee, speaking and listening effectively, and on chapter competitions. In addition to classes, Vice-Chief of Program Austin Kriznar led multiple games for chiefs to bring back for their chapter. The day culminated with a debate competition, to assist in our ability to see through opposing positions and get work done, to make Echockotee the best lodge possible.
