World Elder Abuse Awareness Day – June 15th: World Elder Abuse Awareness Day Mon - Thurs 9.30am So lonely and lost, and so filled with despair. serves as a call to organisations and communities to raise awareness about Elder abuse, neglect and exploitation. Research suggests that 4 – 10% of older people experience some form of abuse, And suddenly Lord, I am no longer afraid, most of which will go unreported. This day is to make sure we remain focused on our older Vigil Saturday 7.30pm populations and ensure that they continue to lead lives of high quality and dignity.
