MINISTER ORDER NO 45/69 to PROVIDE for Establishment of Improvement District No. 14 THE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS ACT, 1965

Edmonton, February 25, 1969. Whereas, under the provisions of The Improvement Districts Act, 1965, the Minister may, by order, amalgamate any two or more Improve- ment Districts, or alter the boundaries thereof; Therefore I, Edgar H. Gerhart, Minister of Municipal Affairs, by virtue of the powers vested in me by section 4 of the said Act, do hereby order, that the undernoted Improvement Districts be amalgamated: Parts 77 and 78. All 79, 95 and Pt. 96. It is further ordered, that the amalgamated district thus created, be numbered 14, and shall comprise the lands described in the Schedule hereto. This order shall be effective as of January 1, 1969, except for assess- ment purposes where the effective date will be December 31, 1968. . Ministerial Order No. 426/68 is hereby cancelled. E. H.
