COVID-19 Policies and Procedures September 5, 2020 We ask that children and adults respect the following policies and procedures. • Parents are expected to check child’s temperature before they leave the house. • Each child will have their temperature taken as soon as they arrive, if temperature is 100o or above, they must leave immediately. • Each child will wash or sanitize hands immediately after having temperature taken. • Masks are mandatory and must be worn at all times. • Hands are to be washed a minimum of 20 seconds. • We will practice safe distancing (No Hugging) – 6 feet is the norm. • Traffic flow will be regulated according to the Evendale Cultural Arts Center health protocols: o Facial masks required; social distancing in place. · Please enter and exit buildings according to posted signs. Each building entry and exits vary. · Temperature check upon entry by via touchless forehead thermometer. · Water fountains turned off, bring your own water bottle. • The building will be deep cleaned each week. • Common areas (restrooms, stairs, hallways) will be cleaned throughout the day. • Doorknobs, and railings will also be cleaned throughout the day. • The camp will mostly focus on no-touch skills - juggling, solo unicycle, diabolo, hooping, poi, jump rope, ball spinning, hat manipulation, object balancing, maybe a clown band, etc. • Everyone will need to bring their personal props and keep them separate. • Any shared props will need to be sanitized after each use (rola bola, wire, globe) • We will adopt a minimal spotting rule. • Any prop sharing must be approved by staff and sterilized after use. • There are hand sanitizing dispensers throughout the building. • Please have your child bring his own sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer as well. Unicycling will be held outside, weather permitting. .
