On the first day we stopped star watching. One night we saw two large meteors. One was for lunch at Bishop Lake, just below Bishop Pass, and I so big it looked like a comet as it streaked almost horizontally noticed that one of my boots was coming apart. We decided to over Nevada. It was a good trip and I hope I can get back up camp for the night and hike back down the next day. I bought there again soon.
