NOTICE TO PLAYERS

Play is governed by the Rules of Golf, the 2021 NTPGA Rules of Play Card, the 2021 NTPGA Pace of Play Policy and the following Supplementary Rules of Play which apply to this golf course. NOTE: Disregard any local rules found on the golf course scorecard. 1. FORMAT: Four-Ball Stroke Play over 36-holes. 2. TEE MARKERS: OPEN DIVISION: PGA BLACK Tees – Men 59 & under. PGA WHITE Tees – Men 60-69. SENIOR DIVISION: PGA WHITE Tees – Men 50-64. NORTHWOOD GREEN Tees – Men 65-74. 3. OUT OF BOUNDS: Defined by the inside edge, golf course side, of (a) white stakes, white dots and where white stakes & lines ties into perimeter property fencing/fence posts/walls; in the absence of white stakes the property fence posts define the OB; (b) parking lot; (c) public roads (including the entry driveway); (d) the clubhouse and golf shop at ground level; (e) courts left of hole #10 and #18. NOTE: A ball that comes to rest inside the tunnel between holes #1 and #2, #6 and #7, #11 and #12, and #15 and #16 is considered out of bounds. 4. RED PENALTY AREA WITH OPPOSITE SIDE RELIEF OPTION: None. See reverse side Item 2(b) on the 2021 NTPGA Local Rules. 5. RETAINING WALL (LEFT ON HOLE #1 & BEHIND #15 GREEN): The retaining wall left on hole #1 is considered an immovable obstruction. This also includes the retaining wall behind #15 green. 6. DECORATIVE FLOWER BEDS: Beds of decorative plantings are defined as ground under repair. This includes the garden nursery and surrounding gravel right of the cart path on hole #10. NOTE: Rows of shrubs forming hedges along fences and curbs are NOT ground under repair. 7. TREE WELLS | MULCH: No relief without penalty from tree wells. Mulch is a loose impediment. 8. ARTICIFIAL SURFACED PATHS: Free relief will ONLY be afforded from artificial surfaced paths. 9. TEMPORARY IMMOVABLE OBSTRUCTIONS (TIO): Include air circulation fans, tents and championship signage. NOTE: The championship hole signs for #1, #9, #10, and #18 are movable obstructions. 10. LISTENING TO MUSIC – RULE 4.3a(4): Players may listen to music during play at this event. However, for the enjoyment of all players, music or other broadcast played must be kept at a decibel level whereas it may only be heard from within your golf car. NOTE: Volume level subject to penalty under Conduct Unbecoming of a Professional in the 2021 NTPGA Rules and Regulations. 11. PRACTICE BETWEEN HOLES: Please see reverse side Item #14(b) on the 2021 NTPGA Local Rules. This Local Rule is NOT in effect for this event and a player may, between the play of two holes, make a practice stroke on or near the putting green of the hole just completed. 12. PLAYING TWO BALLS: When during play of a hole if a player is doubtful of his or her rights or procedure, he or she may, without penalty, play a second ball in accordance with Rule 20.1c(3). The player MUST report the facts of the situation to the Committee before returning their scorecard. If the player fails to do so, he or she is disqualified. 13. PLAYOFF: In the event of a tie for first place in the Open or Senior Division, there will be a hole-by-hole sudden death playoff immediately following the completion of the final round. All other ties will be equally shared. NOTE: Co-Champions will be declared if an outside factor (i.e. darkness) prevents the completion of the playoff. 14. PACE OF PLAY: Pace of Play will be 4 hours and 35 minutes. Please see the posted NTPGA Pace of Play Guidelines (available on starting tees). GENERAL INFORMATION

1. DESIGNATED PRACTICE AREAS | SHORT GAME PRACTICE: Designated areas include the driving range, practice putting greens, chipping greens and the short game area. The practice bunkers between holes #1 and #16 are considered in the general area and ground under repair. The practice greens are considered a wrong putting green; relief must be taken (this includes any practice green left of hole #18 tee). 2. LIVE SCORING | SCORECARDS | SCORING AREA: Each player’s scores in the Senior Division will be recorded by a NTPGA staff member on hole #1 and/or hole #10 tee. The Open Division will use the NTPGA app to live score during the championship. Scorecards must be signed, attested and returned to the scoring area immediately upon the completion of play for posting. The gross scores to count must be individually identifiable. The scoring area is located under the tents near #9 & #18 greens. A player’s scorecard has been returned to the Committee when the player has exited the defined scoring area (yellow paint) with both feet. 3. SRIXON/ BONUS POOL: A $1,000 bonus pool for professional players ONLY. To be eligible for this bonus pool, the NTPGA professional must play Srixon/Cleveland Golf/XXIO product as defined by; (a) Playing a Srixon (must play for 36-holes) and/or (b) Playing a minimum of three Srixon/Cleveland Golf/XXIO clubs (must play for 36-holes). A total of five places will be paid in the Open Division based on team scores: (1) $250 (2) $200 (3) $150 (4) $100 (5) $50. A total of two places will be paid in the Senior Division based on team scores: (1) $150 (2) $100. 4. ON THE GREEN CBD (ROUND 2 ONLY): Will be conducting separate closest-to-the-hole contests for both professionals and amateurs during round two on hole #9, with the winners receiving an On The Green CBD gift packet. 5. RESTROOMS | COMFORT STATIONS | LUNCH: #1 tee, #6 tee, #6 green, #10 tee, #12 tee, #15 tee and at the clubhouse. Lunch will be served on Monday only for all players, in the grass courtyard adjacent to the golf shop from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM. 6.
