No. VI(1)/278/2013.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub section 4 of Section 32 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Act 35 of 1972) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following variation to the Master Plan of Rameswaram Local Planning Area approved in G.O.Ms.No.231, Housing and Urban Development Notification No. 18 at page of Part II section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 15.05.1991

(Roc.No.5224/2012/A2) No. VI(1)/279/2013.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 1972) and in exercise conferred by the Government Order Ms No. 94, Housing and Urban Development UD4(1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27 Part II Section 2 Page 228 dated 15.07.2009 following varations are made to the Master Plan for the Chinnamanur Local Planning Area approved under the said Act In GO.No.193/Housing and Urban Development, dated 14.02.1991 and published with Notification in Page No 313 Part II section 2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 15th May 1991.
