Please see a detailed swimming carnival 25 March – Year 7 Vaccinations report later in the newsletter. 31 March – Youth Advisory Committee Planning Day Rugby League: Our U15s boys Rugby League team 31 March – Harry Scouller Fun Run competed in the country cup and selection trials for 1 April – Coenraad Cup – basketball the Shoalhaven Zone Rugby League teams last 1 April – End of Term Thursday. All the boys played well and within the 20 April – School Resumes spirit of the game. Our U15s team qualified for the 28 and 29 April – ANZAC Assembly Final against Kiama High School but unfortunately 27-30 April – Specsavers Visit went down to them in this game. Numerous boys 6 May – Bell Shakespeare Excursion were selected from these games to attend the 20 May – Year 8 and 10 Vaccinations South Coast Trials later this term. Congratulations to: Sean W-B, Jymeal M, Mikey S, Luke B and Noah PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE W who were selected in the U15s team.     Issue 3 June to July - 2012 Message from the Dean Our University has two Graduation ceremonies each year and our mid-year ceremony has just been held. Because all of the University’s 9 Faculties have many students graduating there is a whole week of ceremonies, and sometimes several Faculties combine in a single ceremony so that everyone can be fitted into the week. This year, for example, our Faculty combined with the Faculty of Health and Behavioural Sciences on a Thursday afternoon to graduate over 400 students. In the case of Engineering we had an enormous range of graduates being presented to the Chancellor to receive their degrees in front of a large audience of their peers, their parents, friends and their lecturers.
