lthough he was born in Shanghai, Father Yeung has Joseph Ha Chi-shing spent the whole of his life in Hong Kong, except A for a few years studying in the United States of America (US). Born on 1 December 1945, he came to Hong Kong as a four-year-old, attending school and later doing his studies for the priesthood at the Holy Spirit Seminary in Aberdeen.
