Arrival in Frankfurt – Monday, May 1 Group 1 will wait at the airport for Group 2 to arrive.  Group 1 – 8:00 a.m. board coach bus for  Group 2 – 8:45 a.m. board coach bus for Cologne

SUNDAY, APRIL 30: AT THE AIRPORT  Report to Air Canada / Lufthansa counter at Terminal 1 and check in with your chaperone to receive your ID  Chaperones will check bags for dress uniform and choral folder  Group will check in together at Air Canada / Lufthansa counter  Group will clear security together  Flights WILL NOT WAIT for latecomers! It is very important that you are on time and ready  PLEASE: Do not fill water bottles before arriving. They will be confiscated by security. All students can fill water bottles after clearing security

What to pack  Information package includes a packing list  Use these guidelines to ensure your son is prepared, but if he needs more socks, undershirts or anything else, please add them  Maximum luggage weight is 23kg. You can weigh your bag by standing on a bathroom scale, then standing on a scale holding your bag, and subtracting your weight from the second amount!  We have five concerts, all of which require dress uniform – please ensure you have enough dress shirts! What to pack (continued)  Tide-to-go pens will be available from chaperones for small spills  Track pants will be allowed on active outdoor days  PLEASE ensure everyday footwear is warm and water- resistant! Cold, wet feet are the enemy of a good day ID Policy  In order to travel, the Music Office requires all students to submit ID in advance of departure  Students have two options: A valid passport A birth certificate PLUS Social Insurance Number card  Please submit ID in envelope provided
