Human Cremated Remains Placed in Casket at the time of Original Interment -additional- $500.00

Notations for Ground Burial -or- Columbarium:
D Concrete Flat Top Vaults are required for all caskets (Vaults: 35” wide, 96” long, 32” high).
D Urns or the container from the crematory is required for all cremated remains/inurnments.
D A Burial Permit from Funeral Home or a Cremation Certificate is REQUIRED.
D No internments/inurnments after 12 noon on Saturdays.
D There will be no burials on Sundays, Religious Holy Days and National Holidays.

COLUMBARIUM
Right of Inurnment $1,700.00 each niche in the Columbarium will hold two urns supplied by the Cemetery
Niche Opening/Closing - Single Urn $500.00 Niche Opening/Closing - Two Urns -or- $900.00 One Companion Urn (same day/same opening)
Engraving $225.00 (each time cover is removed for inscription)
Saturday Opening/Closing -additional- $200.00 Winter Charge: Dec 21 - March 21 -additional- $150.00

All fees for purchase and opening must be paid in full prior to burial/inurnment.
Fifteen percent (15%) of each Right of Burial/Inurnment (ground) and five percent (5%) of each Right of Inurnment in the Columbarium are deposited into the Maintenance and Preservation Fund of the cemetery. This amount is included in the purchase fee. Prices subject to change.
