Panjabi Class Homework Grade – Kindergarten Date: May 12th, 2018

Oral Test: May 19th

Note to parents: there is no homework assigned for next week. We will have our final section of the test next week May 19th. Please prepare from the material provided in the study guide and based on the practice in the class. Please be prepare, practice path every day and be on time.

If weather permit after class next week, I am planning to take my class for ice-cream (Erma’s frozen custard at 14 miles & east of Dequindre). Parents are welcome to come along, we will leave right after kids finish dinner. Please do let me know if there are concerns regarding any food allergies.

Oral Section:

• Japji Sahib – five pauries, grades based on proper pronunciation • Know Ten Guru’s names in order, know the names of Panj Piayare, Char Sahibzade • Know the colors in Punjabi ( five colors covered in class) • Proper Pronunciation of a-P, know the names of the images in your textbook • Know main characters names from the Sakhies, questions answers covered in the class • Be able to write Punjabi alphabets when they called out, • Be able to name the alphabets when they are written on board • Know History questions 1-20 ( some additional questions, please see on next page)
