Ladywell Heights, Crofton Park Road, SE4 1AU £400,000 Leasehold Ladywell Heights, Crofton Park Road, SE4 1AU £400,000 Leasehold Tucked away at the back of a well-maintained, private block within easy reach of either Crofton Park or Honor Oak Park stations, is this quiet 2-bedroom first floor flat with a long lease, allocated off street parking, and a communal garden. It features a spacious 21', light and airy reception room, with a modern fitted kitchen just off the reception room, a family bathroom and 2 bedrooms, with the main bedroom having built in cupboards. There is further storage in the hallway and the flat also benefits from an allocated parking bay for easy off-street parking. Getting into central London could hardly be easier. Honor Oak Park provides mainline services into London Bridge as well as Overground services towards Canada Water and Shoreditch; Crofton Park provides services into Blackfriars and St Pancras; Ladywell takes you into Charing Cross. Honor Oak Park and Brockley boast numerous venues to enjoy an evening. For an evening meal out, pop along to Mama Dough (a hip sourdough pizzeria) or Babur (an award-winning Indian). For a post-work drink, enjoy a glass of wine at Grounds and Grapes (it's open during the day for coffee too), a cocktail at Brickfields or a pint at the Brockley Jack (a great local pub with a small theatre attached to it). And for a big night, the iconic Rivoli Ballroom is just 5 minutes' walk away. As for groceries, you'll find numerous supermarkets and convenience stores in Honor Oak Park and Crofton Park. A local butcher's, the Proud Sow, is just around the corner. For a Sunday afternoon stroll, head up the road to Blythe Hill Fields for sweeping views of London's skyline - it also plays host to an annual Summer Festival - or down to Ladywell Fields, where you'll find the River Ravensbourne and the Waterlink Way. Lewisham Local Plan Neighbourhood local centres Retail Survey 2012 Published September 2012 CONTENTS PAGE INTRODUCTION 1 BROCKLEY CROSS 2 Local Centre Summary 3 Shopping Centre Survey 6 CROFTON PARK 10 Local Centre Summary 11 Shopping Centre Survey 16 DOWNHAM WAY 18 Local Centre Summary 19 Shopping Centre Survey 21 GROVE PARK 24 Local Centre Summary 25 Shopping Centre Survey 28 LEWISHAM WAY 32 Local Centre Summary 33 Shopping Centre Survey 36 SUMMARY 41 ANNEX 1 43 Neighbourhood local centres: An evidence base study INTRODUCTION The Local Shopping Centres Health Checks survey was undertaken in July and August 2012 and forms part of the evidence for the Local Plan. The primary aim of the survey is to record the land uses in each of the local centres. This enables monitoring of the change in the retail use of local shopping centres since the last survey in 2005. The five local shopping centres are Brockley Cross, Crofton Park, Downham Way, Grove Park and Lewisham Way. Local shopping centres ideally provide a mix of shops and services that meet the day to day needs of local residents. Easy access to local shops reduces the need for travel and is vital for less mobile residents who cannot easily reach larger shopping centres. When comparing the 2005 survey data with the 2012 survey data, areas of particular interest are changes in the number of vacant units, hot food takeaways, betting shops and residential units. The number of vacant units can provide an indication of the health of the centre and also contributes to the overall perception of the centre.

In 2010 I was elected as local councillor for the Crofton Park ward. I’ve seen it change in many ways through the years but the essence of the place remains. It is a vibrant, family-friendly local community with residents and businesses that care about their streets, facilities and green spaces. People are drawn to the area because of the variety of homes, the attractive Victorian and Edwardian streets, the parades of independent shops and eating places, the good transport connections, the local creative and cultural activities and the beautiful parks. We know the area will continue to change and many of the challenges that other areas of London face have not escaped us – congested roads, increasing housing costs and stretched local services.

The ALGG SPG document is guidance that is supplementary to London Plan policies. While it does not have the same formal development plan status as these policies, it has been formally adopted by the Mayor as supplementary guidance under his powers under the Greater London Authority Act 1999 (as amended). Adoption followed a period of public consultation, and a summary of the comments received and the responses of the Mayor to those comments is available on the Greater London Authority website. It will therefore be a material consideration in drawing up development plan documents and in taking planning decisions. Traffic noise maps of public parks in Lewisham May 2018 This document shows traffic noise maps for parks in the borough. The noise maps are taken from http://www.extrium.co.uk/noiseviewer.html. Occasionally, google earth or google map images are included to help the reader identify where the park is located. Similar documents are available for all London Boroughs. These were created as part of research into the impact of traffic noise in London’s parks. They should be read in conjunction with the main report and data analysis which are available at http://www.cprelondon.org.uk/resources/item/2390-noiseinparks. The key to the traffic noise maps is shown here to the right. Orange denotes noise of 55 decibels (dB). Louder noises are denoted by reds and blues with dark blue showing the loudest. Where the maps appear with no colour and are just grey, this means there is no traffic noise of 55dB or above. London Borough of Lewisham 1 1. Pepys Park 2. Deptford park 3. Sayes Court Park 2 4.
