Other Legislation 14-0-1474 Tree Ordinance City Wide December 2014, City Hall (review and comment) The Tree Protection Ordinance is currently being updated by the Department of Planning and Community Development’s Arborist Division in coordination with the Department of Law and Parks and Recreation.
