Moreover this championship to been approved by Karate Association of Ind ia recognized by Govt. of India. This championship is expected to have more than 1000 participation of high caliber with many States, National and International recognized Level. This is a wonderful platform to promote the Karate Sport to International Level. This is a wonderful opportunity to show case your talent in this championship. On behalf of Chezhia's Karate International-Shotokan, India (CKI).It's our privilege towel come you and your team to be a part of this magnificent, thrilling and enthusiastic event. The 17th Chezhian’s Award Championships to be celebrated in Trichy, Tamil Nadu nd (India) in 2 December 2018 are the first event of their kind to be directly organized by the Chezhian’s Karate International Shotokan India, with the support of the Tamil Nadu Sports Karate Do Association, Karate Association of India and the cooperation of the District Sports Karate Association - Trichy. The participation record of 549 athletes, 980 participants and 4 States in the last edition of the Chezhian’s Award Championships in 2017 will be exceeded in Trichy without any doubt. The complex also houses a multi-purpose indoor stadium and has separate courts for sports such as tennis, basketball, football and volleyball. It also has an Astroturf Hockey ground and a 400 meters (1,300 ft) athletic track. The stadium also includes a gymnasium, swimming pool and a sports hostel. The complex is located in Khajamalai, Tiruchirappalli. The main football and athletics stadium, Anna Stadium, has a capacity of 20,000 spectators. There are also several fast food points inside the venue. However, and according to the CKI Organizing Rules, we are offered the possibility to have lunch to the participants, Coaches and Referees in a specific and exclusive area destined for that. *Requirement for parents or others.
