COFFEESHOP WHITEPAPER (In a BROWNPAPER Bag) V COFFEESHOP WHITEPAPER (in a BROWNPAPER bag) V. 6.1 WHAT IS COFFEESHOP COIN? Coffeeshop Coin (from now on $CFFSHP) is a fair launched, decentralized and deflationary coin with a frictionless and yield-generating contract which allows us to build a strong and community driven foundation where together we will go to the moon while we save our precious planet by stimulating the legalization of cannabis. The coin will be / was launched on June 9th 2021 with a contract which employs a static reward system with 3 simple functions: reflection, LP acquisition and burn. This means that 10% tax of every transaction will be split in 3 parts. 4% is redistributed to all existing holders as a reward and 5% is used to fill the liquidity pool on PancakeSwap. 1% will be burned which means that the supply will be decreasing and the token price will be increasing. This mechanism encourages the token holders to hold onto their tokens in order to earn taxes from the transactions on the market. In addition, we might be soft burning after launch, but this is something we would discuss with the community. For this we have locked away 10% of the supply. This could be burned, used to get on exchanges or for the referral program we will be starting up. All the above will be available to checked by anyone. Transparency is one of our keys to success. - Automatic Liquidity Pool $CFFSHP employs an automatic liquidity pool algorithm in its token contract. As mentioned above, 5% of each transaction (fee), whether it’s a buy or sell order, is added to the LP. This secures a portion of the volume of $CFFSHP as a reward for the holders. The intended goal is to minimize price movements when large wallets decide to sell their tokens in the future. - Security of Coffeeshop Coin $CFFSHP is build and designed to be secure. Our token distribution is one of the healthiest ones currently available, with no whales controlling outlandish amounts of the circulating supply. In addition, we have implemented a few extra and important security features, aimed at making the token fully autonomous and immune to malicious manipulation. Fraudulent blockchain- based schemes running on BSC are blocked out and we take steps to ensure that $CFFSHP doesn’t get effected with it. - 100% Rug Pull Safe The developer burned all tokens in the Dev Wallet before launch. There *will be / was* a Fair Launch, the LP is locked for 1 year and an LP is generated with every trade and locked on PancakeSwap. - Tokenomics Supply: 1,000,000,000,000,000 Burn: 10% after launch. (In agreement with community) Decimals: 9 Transaction fee: 10% tax (see below for distribution) - 4% distributed to holders (reward for holders) - 5% added to liquidity - 1% will be burned forever 70% Supply on Pancakeswap (locked) 10% Burn after launch or used for exchanges or referral program. (Locked) 5% Marketing 5% Development (locked) 4% Team (locked) 2% Airdrop 2% Charity (locked) 2% Influencer Marketing WHY COFFEESHOP COIN? In times of many hype and meme coins with no use, $CFFSHP managed to drop as a professional and much trusted coin. It differs from the rest of the De-Fi crowd because of a group of passionate entrepreneurs working full time on the project. Different from other coins we aim for a long-term project and asset for serious long-term investors. In addition is $CFFSHP a yield- generating contract that rewards its holders. $CFFSHP is community driven and belongs to the community: “By the People, For the People”. With a team of specialists behind the project we strive for perfection and transparency. We are determined to change the status quo with this project. With $CFFSHP we aim for the moon and beyond (beyond), because sky is the limit! INTRODCUTION: WHERE IT ALL BEGAN. We all have seen many men turn their gold into smoke. Well, stepping into the $CFFSHP and joining the green army will turn your smoke into gold and more! We are about to build the world's biggest community around the most lovely and loyal people on earth. Do not hesitate, get in and take this special trip with us. You might think: “there is yet another coin getting hyped. Funny and catchy name tho, which will definitely get the attention of coffee sippers, students, gamers, and stoners but do nothing more.” Well...you are 50% right. Originally, we wanted to create a coin with and for a trustworthy and ‘highly’ loyal community. Uniting students, young professionals, gamers, and stoners all over the world to build a strong platform around. But kicking off, thinking about all we can do and brain storming made it more and more realistic and possible. That’s when we put our pens to paper and together, we planted seeds and started watering it. Even while working on this whitepaper, we sometimes had our moments of realization, laughed out loudly and remembered each other on: “Honestly, it all started with a joke…really!” - A bit of history $CFFSHP is a coin which originally started in one of our crypto groups called: ‘Hans, betaalt in crypto’. Translated: ‘Sugar Daddy, pays in crypto’ (jokes!). Later a work group was started called ‘Dutch Wizards’ which brought together a couple of masterminds. During one of our many trips down memory lane we had this vision…to be honest it turned into a mission, real quick. A mission to make the world a better place for us all. A place with less crime, less abuse, better economy and more jobs. Yea yea yea, some might call it a dream. But we are determined to succeed. giving it our all and to start doing something(!). Starting small and spreading it over the globe as we move on, we believe that together with our community, contacts, investors and network we can achieve the goals we set together. From dispensary owners and workers, the occasional blowers and puff-puff-passers to those who might make it a profession lighting up big’oll joints. But also, those who grab a good cup of coffee, thee or something stronger in a shop or café, every now and then. And of course, not to forget, the companies who have been putting in the hard work for years, governments and its employees, plant lovers, investors etcetera. Spreading more love all over the world, get you all to higher (wink wink) places and every now and then even to the MOON! Now let’s move on to the other 50%, because there is more: a legit plan. Take a breather, relax, sit back and let us continue the trip: THE PURPOSE The use of cannabis for recreational purposes is prohibited in most countries. However, this is changing and spreading around the world, especially in North America more states are legalizing recreational use of cannabis, since the Presidential election in November of 2020. We expect much more countries will follow up on this. To start off with some numbers: up until now (May 2021) more countries have already legalized recreational use of cannabis. Canada, georgia, South Africa, and Uruguay, plus 17 states, 2 territories and the District of Columbia in the United States and the Australian Capital Territory in Australia are already green. Production of commercial cannabis and sale is legal nationwide in Canada, Uruguay and in all subnational U.S. jurisdictions that have legalized cannabis except Washington D.C. A policy of limited enforcement has also been adopted in many countries, in particular The Netherlands. The sale of cannabis is tolerated at licensed coffeeshops. We will come back on this, later. Legal status of cannabis possession for recreational use. Canada, Georgia, South Africa, and Uruguay. 17 states, 2 territories and the District of Columbia in the United States and the Australian Capital Territory in Australia. And then there is legalization for medical use. Until now a big number of countries have legalized medicinal use of cannabis, including Brazil, germany, The Netherlands, United States, Thailand, Zambia and many more. Legal status of cannabis for medical use. Argenitina, Australia, Barbados, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malawi, Malta, The Netherlands, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, San Marino, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Zambia and Zimbabwe Looking at the above stated we can tell legalization is part of government talks all over the globe. As we see Middle eastern, South American and African countries a smile forms on our mouths and we know global legalization IS possible. With a bit more focus on the continents up here, adding Asia, we believe in a bright green future. gO #GREeNARMY! - Global legalization of cannabis Legalizing cannabis does not only take down crime and drug abuse but also boosts the economy and creates jobs. This could be huge for continents such as Africa where legalization could help to get rid of poverty. You might think Amsterdam is leading in the process, but even here there is still so much to be done and a long way to go. Residing in a country which is known as the ‘weed paradise’ but having a government which is struggling to find the right way and time to legalize cannabis makes this trip so much more amazing. We already know the Dutch government started experimenting on whether and how controlled cannabis can be legally grown and supplied to coffeeshops (or dispensaries) and what the effects of this would be. So many organizations have been and still are fighting the unreasonable ‘War on Drugs’ for development.

  • The Development of International Drug Control: Lessons Learned and Strategic Challenges for the Future
THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNATIONAL DRUG CONTROL: LESSONS LEARNED AND STRATEGIC CHALLENGES FOR THE FUTURE Martin Jelsma * Working Paper Prepared for the First Meeting of the Commission Geneva, 24-25 January 2011 * Martin Jelsma coordinates the Drugs & Democracy programme at the Transnational Institute (TNI) in The Netherlands. He contributed two support papers to the Latin American Commission on Drugs and Democracy: “The current state of drug policy debate. Trends in the last decade in the European Union and United Nations”, April 2008; and “Legislative Innovation in Drug Policy”, October 2009. The original English text was edited by David Aronson. 1 Abstract The emergence of more pragmatic and less punitive approaches to the drugs issue may represent the beginning of change in the current global drug control regime. The spread of HIV/AIDS among injecting drug users, the overcrowding of prisons, the reluctance in South America to remain a theatre for military anti-drug operations, and the ineffectiveness of repressive anti-drug efforts to reduce the illicit market have all contributed to the global erosion of support for the United States-style war on drugs. Over the last decade rapidly widening cracks have begun to split global drug control consensus. The zero-tolerance ideology is increasingly challenged by calls for decriminalisation, harm reduction and embedding human rights principles in drug control. And in recent years the merits of a regulated legal market for cannabis has been accepted as part of the mainstream debate about a more effective control model. This paper describes how the foundations for the global control system were established, the radicalization of the system toward more repressive implementation, consequently leading to soft defections and de-escalation efforts becoming more widespread; and in the last section projects a future for the ongoing reform process toward a modernization and humanization of the control system’s international legal framework as laid down in the UN drug control conventions.

  • Ten Messages Against Legalization
www.learnaboutsam.org Top 10 Messages Against Legalization* Emphasize the “Big Three” 1. Legalization in Colorado has produced negative consequences – pot gummy bears marketed to kids1, more stoned people on the roads, and more positive workplace drug tests and overall marijuana prevalence. 2 As such, the majority of localities in Colorado have now banned sales. 2. Marijuana legalization will usher in America’s new version of “Big Tobacco.” Already, private holding groups and financiers have raised millions of start-up dollars to promote businesses that will sell marijuana and marijuana-related merchandise. The former head of Strategy for Microsoft has said that he wants to “mint more millionaires than Microsoft” with marijuana and that he wants to create the “Starbucks of marijuana.”3 3. Today’s marijuana is not your Woodstock weed. In the 1960s and ‘70s, THC levels of the marijuana smoked by baby boomers averaged around 1%, increasing to just under 4% in 1983, and almost tripling in the subsequent 30 years to around 14% in 2014.4 Other points: A. More on Colorado. Highlights from 2014, when retail marijuana businesses began operating in Colorado, include, rapid changes in just one year after legalization†: • 32% increase in marijuana-related traffic deaths in just one year from 2013 • Colorado youth usage (ages 12 - 17) ranks 56% higher than the national average • 29% increase in the number of marijuana-related emergency room visits • 38% increase in the number of marijuana-related hospitalizations • Seizures of illegal Colorado marijuana increased another 34% 1. Marijuana is especially harmful to kids and adolescents. • Marijuana contributes to psychosis and schizophrenia5, addiction for 1 in 6 kids who ever use it once6, and it reduces IQ among those who started smoking before age 18.7 • According to data from the 2012 National Survey of American Attitudes on Substance Abuse, alcohol and cigarettes were the most readily accessible substances for youth 12 to 17, with 50% and 44%, respectively, reporting that they could obtain them within a day.

  • Blunts and Blowt Jes: Cannabis Use Practices in Two Cultural Settings
Free Inquiry In Creative Sociology Volume 31 No. 1 May 2003 3 BLUNTS AND BLOWTJES: CANNABIS USE PRACTICES IN TWO CULTURAL SETTINGS AND THEIR IMPLICATIONS FOR SECONDARY PREVENTION Stephen J. Sifaneck, Institute for Special Populations Research, National Development & Research Institutes, Inc. Charles D. Kaplan, Limburg University, Maastricht, The Netherlands. Eloise Dunlap, Institute for Special Populations Research, NDRI. and Bruce D. Johnson, Institute for Special Populations Research, NDRI. ABSTRACT Thi s paper explores two modes of cannabis preparati on and smoking whic h have manifested within the dru g subcultures of th e United States and the Netherlan ds. Smoking "blunts," or hollowed out cigar wrappers fill ed wi th marijuana, is a phenomenon whi ch fi rst emerged in New York Ci ty in the mid 1980s, and has since spread throughout th e United States. A "bl owtj e," (pronounced "blowt-cha") a modern Dutch style j oint whi ch is mixed with tobacco and in cludes a card-board fi lte r and a longer rolling paper, has become th e standard mode of cannabis smoking in the Netherl ands as well as much of Europe. Both are consid ered newer than the more traditi onal practi ces of preparin g and smoking cannabis, including the traditional fi lter-less style joint, the pot pipe, an d the bong or water pipe. These newer styles of preparati on and smoking have implications for secondary preventi on efforts wi th ac tive youn g cannabis users. On a social and ritualistic level th ese practices serve as a means of self-regulating cannabi s use.

  • Medicinal Cannabis in the Netherlands: Most Patients Prefer Coffeeshop Over Pharmacy by Derrick Bergman (Encod, VOC)
Medicinal cannabis in the Netherlands: most patients prefer coffeeshop over pharmacy by Derrick Bergman (Encod, VOC) Medicinal cannabis has been legally available in Dutch pharmacies since 2003. But patients still face a lot of hurdles and problems to get -and keep- access to their medicine. In his book 'Medicinal Weed Oil: the ideal folk medicine', Dutch cannabis pioneer Wernard Bruining writes about a morning about twenty years ago. Bruining opened up the first cannabis coffeeshop in Amsterdam in 1973 and founded Europe's first growshop Positronics in 1985. He writes: “On a morning in 1994 I woke up with a little sentence in my head that kept coming back to me: 'Mediwiet en anders niet!'” This would translate as 'Medical Weed and nothing else!' Wernard continues: “I understood that I had to introduce the new word “MEDIWIET” in the Dutch language to broaden the image people have of cannabis and to reduce their focus on recreational use by pointing out other positive possibilities of this miraculous plant.” Wernard designed a “Mediwiet” logo with a big cannabis leaf and two Staffs of Asclepius, symbolizing the double benefit of cannabis, both on mind and body. He approached a number of cannabis coffeeshops and asked them to sell cannabis to medicinal users for half of their normal price. Within weeks fifty coffeeshops had agreed to do this. Wernard sent them posters with the text “Official Mediwiet Dealer”. Around the same time, a man called Ger de Zwaan started a foundation for medicinal cannabis in Rotterdam. Having went through the whole pharmaceutical circus himself, without any results apart from severe side effects, he had discovered cannabis and made a quite unbelievable recovery.

  • Marijuana & Ohio Past, Present, Potential
MARIJUANA & OHIO PAST, PRESENT, POTENTIAL A research-based public policy review and discussion presented by the Marijuana Policies of Ohio Taskforce Joe Deters, Chair June 2015 Table of Contents Chair’s Letter . 2 Executive Summary . 3 Impact on Ohio’s Economy . 35 Impact on Public Safety . 53 Consequences of Marijuana Possession Offenses . 69 Impact on Individual and Public Health . 81 Appendix A: Bibliography . 147 Appendix B: The Economic Model Used . 166 Appendix C: Taskforce Members . 179 MARIJUANA POLICIES OF OHIO TASKFORCE 1 My Fellow Ohioans, Our nation’s laws, perceptions and opinions about marijuana are evolving rapidly . After spending much of the 20th Century imposing ever-stricter prohibitions on marijuana, America has recently taken a second look at the impacts of marijuana use, its potential as a medicine, and the tangible tradeoffs and costs that criminalizing its possession has had on our communities . This reevaluation has pushed the national conversation about marijuana, broadly, in one direction: toward a less restrictive, less criminalized stance . This conversation is taking place in every state, and true to the genius of our Constitution, different states are trying to find approaches to marijuana law that most appropriately reflect the opinions, beliefs, and needs of their citizens . The question of changing Ohio’s approach to marijuana policy may soon be put before voters – most likely on the November 2015 ballot . The rapid pace of change in marijuana policy across the country, however, has made it difficult to keep up with the experiences, research, and practices occurring in different states . Political arguments from all sides of this debate have made it even more challenging to separate fact from opinion .
