WHAT IS COFFEESHOP COIN? Coffeeshop Coin (from now on $CFFSHP) is a fair launched, decentralized and deflationary coin with a frictionless and yield-generating contract which allows us to build a strong and community driven foundation where together we will go to the moon while we save our precious planet by stimulating the legalization of cannabis. The coin will be / was launched on June 9th 2021 with a contract which employs a static reward system with 3 simple functions: reflection, LP acquisition and burn. This means that 10% tax of every transaction will be split in 3 parts. 4% is redistributed to all existing holders as a reward and 5% is used to fill the liquidity pool on PancakeSwap. 1% will be burned which means that the supply will be decreasing and the token price will be increasing. This mechanism encourages the token holders to hold onto their tokens in order to earn taxes from the transactions on the market. In addition, we might be soft burning after launch, but this is something we would discuss with the community. For this we have locked away 10% of the supply. This could be burned, used to get on exchanges or for the referral program we will be starting up. All the above will be available to checked by anyone. Transparency is one of our keys to success.

- Automatic Liquidity Pool $CFFSHP employs an automatic liquidity pool algorithm in its token contract. As mentioned above, 5% of each transaction (fee), whether it’s a buy or sell order, is added to the LP. This secures a portion of the volume of $CFFSHP as a reward for the holders. The intended goal is to minimize price movements when large wallets decide to sell their tokens in the future.

- Security of Coffeeshop Coin $CFFSHP is build and designed to be secure. Our token distribution is one of the healthiest ones currently available, with no whales controlling outlandish amounts of the circulating supply. In addition, we have implemented a few extra and important security features, aimed at making the token fully autonomous and immune to malicious manipulation. Fraudulent blockchain- based schemes running on BSC are blocked out and we take steps to ensure that $CFFSHP doesn’t get effected with it.

WHY COFFEESHOP COIN? In times of many hype and meme coins with no use, $CFFSHP managed to drop as a professional and much trusted coin. It differs from the rest of the De-Fi crowd because of a group of passionate entrepreneurs working full time on the project. Different from other coins we aim for a long-term project and asset for serious long-term investors. In addition is $CFFSHP a yield- generating contract that rewards its holders. $CFFSHP is community driven and belongs to the community: “By the People, For the People”. With a team of specialists behind the project we strive for perfection and transparency. We are determined to change the status quo with this project. With $CFFSHP we aim for the moon and beyond (beyond), because sky is the limit!

INTRODCUTION: WHERE IT ALL BEGAN. We all have seen many men turn their gold into smoke. Well, stepping into the $CFFSHP and joining the green army will turn your smoke into gold and more! We are about to build the world's biggest community around the most lovely and loyal people on earth. Do not hesitate, get in and take this special trip with us.

You might think: “there is yet another coin getting hyped. Funny and catchy name tho, which will definitely get the attention of coffee sippers, students, gamers, and stoners but do nothing more.” Well...you are 50% right. Originally, we wanted to create a coin with and for a trustworthy and ‘highly’ loyal community. Uniting students, young professionals, gamers, and stoners all over the world to build a strong platform around. But kicking off, thinking about all we can do and brain

storming made it more and more realistic and possible. That’s when we put our pens to paper and together, we planted seeds and started watering it. Even while working on this whitepaper, we sometimes had our moments of realization, laughed out loudly and remembered each other on:

“Honestly, it all started with a joke…really!”

- A bit of history $CFFSHP is a coin which originally started in one of our crypto groups called: ‘Hans, betaalt in crypto’. Translated: ‘Sugar Daddy, pays in crypto’ (jokes!). Later a work group was started called ‘Dutch Wizards’ which brought together a couple of masterminds. During one of our many trips down memory lane we had this vision…to be honest it turned into a mission, real quick. A mission to make the world a better place for us all. A place with less crime, less abuse, better economy and more jobs. Yea yea yea, some might call it a dream. But we are determined to succeed. Giving it our all and to start doing something(!). Starting small and spreading it over the globe as we move on, we believe that together with our community, contacts, investors and network we can achieve the goals we set together.

From dispensary owners and workers, the occasional blowers and puff-puff-passers to those who might make it a profession lighting up big’oll joints. But also, those who grab a good cup of coffee, thee or something stronger in a shop or café, every now and then. And of course, not to forget, the companies who have been putting in the hard work for years, governments and its employees, plant lovers, investors etcetera. Spreading more love all over the world, get you all to higher (wink wink) places and every now and then even to the MOON!

Now let’s move on to the other 50%, because there is more: a legit plan. Take a breather, relax, sit back and let us continue the trip:

THE PURPOSE The use of cannabis for recreational purposes is prohibited in most countries. However, this is changing and spreading around the world, especially in North America more states are legalizing recreational use of cannabis, since the Presidential election in November of 2020. We expect much more countries will follow up on this.

To start off with some numbers: up until now (May 2021) more countries have already legalized recreational use of cannabis. Canada, Georgia, South Africa, and Uruguay, plus 17 states, 2 territories and the District of Columbia in the United States and the Australian Capital Territory in Australia are already green. Production of commercial cannabis and sale is legal nationwide in Canada, Uruguay and in all subnational U.S. jurisdictions that have legalized cannabis except Washington D.C. A policy of limited enforcement has also been adopted in many countries, in particular The Netherlands. The sale of cannabis is tolerated at licensed coffeeshops. We will come back on this, later.

And then there is legalization for medical use. Until now a big number of countries have legalized medicinal use of cannabis, including Brazil, Germany, The Netherlands, United States, Thailand, Zambia and many more.

Looking at the above stated we can tell legalization is part of government talks all over the globe. As we see Middle Eastern, South American and African countries a smile forms on our mouths and we know global legalization IS possible. With a bit more focus on the continents up here, adding Asia, we believe in a bright green future. GO #GREENARMY!

- Global legalization of cannabis Legalizing cannabis does not only take down crime and drug abuse but also boosts the economy and creates jobs. This could be huge for continents such as Africa where legalization could help to get rid of poverty. You might think Amsterdam is leading in the process, but even here there is still so much to be done and a long way to go. Residing in a country which is known as the ‘weed paradise’ but having a government which is struggling to find the right way and time to legalize cannabis makes this trip so much more amazing. We already know the Dutch government started experimenting on whether and how controlled cannabis can be legally grown and supplied to coffeeshops (or dispensaries) and what the effects of this would be. So many organizations have been and still are fighting the unreasonable ‘War on Drugs’ for development. All these organizations need and deserve all the support they can get. It’s one of our goals to back those organizations, all over the world!

- Fun Fact: difference between coffeeshop and coffee shop Okey, let us tell you a little story and explain the difference between ‘coffeeshop’ and ‘coffee shop’. Let’s enlighten you. In every country when you ask someone for the nearest coffee shop, they will direct you to a (small) cafe serving hot drinks like coffee and thee. In Amsterdam (Holland) you will be taken to a shop where you can purchase weed or hash! Over here we have more than 160 coffeeshops. Even though you can certainly enjoy a cappuccino in many of these places, that is not their main purpose. But why are they called coffeeshops? For this let’s take you on a trip down memory and go back to the 17th century where cannabis was smoked widely in the Netherlands. Around 1972 the coffee shops, the ones where you could drink coffee, began to secretly sell hash and marijuana. The nature of the business may have changed but the name has stuck! The City of Amsterdam’s authorities unsuccessfully tried to stop the illegal sales of cannabis but failed and decided to implement a policy of ‘tolerance’. “Gedoogbeleid” in Dutch (repeat that again will you, gg gg watch your throat). From then on coffee shops needed licenses and had to comply with strict rules set out by the government: they could freely sell weed (despite it being technically illegal).

MISSION As you should know by now, we made it our mission to help fix the world wherever we can. We see possibilities to do that through legalization of cannabis. That is why we started building $CFFSHP. To create a place, first digital and on the way building physical location, we all (incl. holders, partners, investors etcetera...) can call “our Coffeeshop”. A headquarter kind of place where we all come together. World’s number 1 place to be. A safe space and a go-to place for everything and everyone. Here is where our community will be, build, spread and grow to unprecedented size covering the whole world. This is the place where we trust each other, where we help each other and together make our world a better and safer place. For all human species, but also for the environment, animals and plants.

VISION (= USE CASE) We started this whitepaper telling you about this vision we had and how we believe in realizing it with a loyal community as we have, an excellent marketing plan, our network and the power of our organization. The amount of time we put in this, the hard work and especially our dedication to this project and our community should tell how we see this project succeeding. Let’s outline our main goals and use cases below.

- Global legalization of cannabis Of course, we know that this doesn’t happen overnight and we hope you are on that same page with us. But the time has come to “not sit down by the packs” (this is a Dutch saying for to not give up or let go easy). The world of cannabis is rapidly changing as we see more and more countries are doing research, on both medicinal as recreational use, to see how it will affect their systems. Much more people are standing up and speaking out positively about it. Now America and Canada have been taking massive steps others can’t stay too far behind.

One might think all this is just for stoners and others who will benefit from the situation of legalization. That’s not (just) it. The big picture to legalization is dropping the drug abuse and crime rates, health, boosting the economy of many (all) countries which helps with the overall economy and much more jobs will be created. Especially those who are somewhat struggling or fighting poverty.

We see these changes happening (government talks on cannabis) and with us there have been and at the moment growing more and more organizations fighting for this matter. We have been following this movement and seen the results. By reading more about and analyzing these organizations we are positive that they can do more. With the right resources, knowledge and finances they could do so much more and achieve tangible results. Better and quicker. Also, connection with the governments is important. Finances are required to do and build up knowledge out of the right resources and that is where $CFFSHP comes to the rescue.

Our plan is to get to know the cannabis from A-Z, both medicinal as recreational and all relatives. Then we will search for ‘umbrella organizations’ in all continents and from there we will zoom in, first on the ‘green countries’ (countries where recreational use of cannabis is already legal). Connecting with these organizations makes it easier to get to the countries where it’s not (fully) legal yet and with the resources of the green countries, numbers and findings a brighter picture can be shown. Again, we are not going to do it ourselves. We are here to back up the organizations to succeed. To give them financial support and access to resources.

With charity events, donations and a (funded) locked wallet we can make this happen. This is why it is so important to build up a huge but(!) loyal community and to be as transparent as possible. LET’S GO!

- Spreading our wings Yes, there is more than cannabis. There are more plants, animals, human beings and even our own planet could use some help. Our main goal and focus will be the above stated, but we won’t shut our eyes for the other things that need attention to make our home planet the one where everyone can be and do what they are willing to do in freedom and peace. So if there is a current problem coming up our side or there is something we can do, we will turn to our community and see what we can do to help. Climate change, poverty, you name it. It has to fit and we should have the resources for it in order to do the best research and see how we can help best. WE ARE THE WORLD!

- Implementing $CFFSHP as a currency You might be thinking along the way, while reading all above: “so when comes the part where the coin honors its name?” Well, right here and right now. Here it is: our end game! The actual goal and use of Coffeeshop Coin is to really become a currency, used all over the world. Amen to that!

Yes, of course all tokens and/or coins want to be used as a currency at the end, apart from those shady hype, meme and pump & dump coins. So, let’s dive in vision and our story to do so. Goal is to implement $CFFSHP as THE currency for payments within the cannabis industry. This means that all that is done within the industry would be paid with our currency, from farms to dispensaries and coffeeshops (ones where you can get cannabis) to customers, employees and all that falls in its wide range. In addiction we will add the other type of coffee shops. Small shops where you can actually get coffee, drinks and bites. In the end we will grow into the entertainment business, since a lot of our partners, promotors, investors and influencers are employed in the branch. $CFFSHP will then also be the currency for event bookings, management, and other payments (tickets etcetera) done in this industry. Not to forget hotels!

- Coffeeshop Coin Partner Program How are we going to make this work? Well, after a successful launch and many pumps after it, thanks to our lovely community, we will work on getting the chart stable moving up on the charts with green candles. Shilling, promoting and big marketing being done we will get on CoinMarketCap quick and push to get on exchanges. As soon as we are being picked up and going viral with our story and goals, we will start doing AMA’s and community meetings brainstorming and sharing the next moves. It’s very important for us to include our community in this as we are one big happy and gaining family. Also, our marketing department is going to set up events in which we will be looking for the most involved community members. They will be asked to become ‘Area Managers’ as we strife to get as many Area Managers as there are countries, times 2! Starting first as volunteers this could later become a real thing where they get rewarded for. The plan is for them to get as many of the above stated places on board joining the Coffeeshop Coin Partner Program. Area Managers will be provided with all the information needed in form of brochures, flyers, stickers and posters.

So $CFFSHP will be the currency for the cannabis industry (with coffee shops as main), small coffee shops and cafés, hotels and the events industry. As above stated, we will work hard with our community getting as many partners to join and cooperating with our partner program. - Company signs up with the project and becomes a partner. Gets a welcome package included discount on coins to start with and now receives payments in $CFFSHP. - Like supermarkets work with discount or stamp booklet, customers can get booklet at a partnered store of their chosen and start collecting stamps. Every time a customer buys something with $CFFSHP they get a stamp. A full card of stamps can be turned in on the website for rewards and member moves up 1 level. These are kind of events, specials and programs we will launch later on to get closer to our goals.

- Marketing Looking at the creation of our coin, the plans use cases and the bright future save, perfect marketing will be essential starting up, staying in the game and ruling the market. That is why we focus on our marketing and ask our community members to reach out from time to time. Word of mouth, social media, daily talk and any given moment that we can grow our family and, on the chart, we have to take it. Bounding within the community is also important. We are a family and we are here for one another. We respect each other, are good listeners but also have something to say for our self’s. All the input is necessary.

Starting up with creating a strong force, named the #greenarmy our goal will be to invite as many likeminded people to our family. Building up a Telegram group with 2500-5000 before launch will be the goal. Shilling, promoting and linking up with trustworthy social media marketing people and influencers will be the way to reach that goal. Reaching this goal means so much for our project. We will get a jumpstart and as we get 2500 holders at launch, we can subscribe for CoinMarketCap and some legit exchanges. The quicker we get on an exchange the more likely we are to go viral and build on something wonderful for us all.

Moving on after launch we will create our marketing department, meaning our marketing manager will ask a few members to join in on creating a taskforce of creative people who will set up marketing plans and goals. As we said: by the people, for the people! After this Area Managers will be appointed. Small groups will cover some parts of the marketing in the country the live in. Growing a small group bigger by connecting and conquering more ground by adding more countries. This is how we want to grow the community as fast as possible to first 10.000 members and then aiming for 50.000 members.

HOW TO BUY $CFFSHP?

Recommended to read on PC, and follow along on your phone to make it easier. This will take approximately 15-30 minutes if you are new.

Step 1: Create a Wallet

Download Trust Wallet and create a wallet. Please keep your phrase secret! Never share it with anyone and store it properly! Make sure to copy the $CFFSHP contract.

Step 2: Add $CFFSHP to the Wallet

Tap the icon in the top-right and search for Coffeeshop or CFFSHP. If it’s not there, tap “Add Custom Token”.

At the top, tap “Ethereum” next to Network and change it to “Smart Chain”. Copy the contract address on our website and put it in the Contract Address box.

Next, put “CoffeeshopCoin” as the name, and the symbol as CFFSHP. Decimals will be 9.

Click “Done” at the top and you should now have CoffeeshopCoin added to your wallet!

Step 3: Buy "Binance Smart Chain" (BSC)

Tap on “Smart Chain” on the main screen of Trust Wallet. Then tap “Buy” in the top right. This step may require verification, so have documents ready to prove your identity.

If you can’t buy with the payment method, please send BNB from an exchange to your “Smart Chain” address on Trust Wallet.

After purchasing or transferring BNB, there may be a delay while your transaction is processed. Be patient, this is normal!

Step 4: Swap BSC for CFFSHP!

Once your transaction has been cleared, and you have BSC on your Trust Wallet, go to DApps (or “Browser” for iPhones) at the bottom of the main screen. If the Browser button is not visible at the bottom for iPhone, open Safari and in the URL type trust://browser_enable , then return to Trust Wallet.

Open the DApps, or Browser, section and find PancakeSwap and open it. Connect your Trust Wallet in the top-right. Scroll down a little to the “Exchange” box.

Click the icon and set the slippage to 12% (or more). If you want to give it the best possible chance to clear, increase the deadline. By default, it should be set to 20 minutes, which is fine.

Once the slippage is set, and you have the BNB amount set you wish to swap for Coffeeshop Coin as shown, just click Swap and wait patiently for the transaction to clear. This process may not be instant and can take anywhere from a few minutes to up to an hour sometimes, depending on traffic.

Once the transaction has been cleared, you should have Coffeeshop Coin in your Trust Wallet!

Now all you have to do is to HODL!
