In Italy he has been sentenced definitively to six life terms for the kidnapping of Aldo Moro and the murder of his escorts in Rome on 16 March 1978. On 14 March 2019, following approval of an amendment tabled by the ID political group to a resolution on Nicaragua 1 , Parliament called for the terrorist’s immediate extradition to Italy to ensure that justice is served, not least out of respect for the victims’ families 2 . In view of the above, can the Commission answer the following questions: 1. What action has it taken since the resolution to bring about the extradition to Italy of this fugitive from justice? 2.
