Adoption of agenda JURI_OJ (2013)0318_1v01-00 The agenda was adopted with the following changes: Items16, 17, 23 and 33 were postponed. Item 32 was cancelled. The joint meeting with the Committee on Women's Rights and Gender Equality was moved to be held at 16.45 on 19 March. 2. Chair's announcements The chair reminded of the Hearing on a Common European Sales Law to be held the following day and of theWorkshop on Gender balance in corporate boards and top- management on 20 March, organised jointly with the Committee on Women's Rights and Gender Equality, as well as of a presentation by a new book by Parliament's former Jurisconsult, professor Garzon Clariana. 3. Verification of credentials (Rule 3) The committee verified the credentials of Andreas Pitsillides (to replace Ioannis Kasoulides), as from 4 March 2013. 7. Request for the waiver of the parliamentary immunity of Jürgen Creutzmann JURI/7/11826 2013/2016(IMM) The following spoke: Jürgen Creutzmann, Francesco Enrico Speroni (rapporteur). The draft report recommending that the immunity be waived was unanimously adopted with 13 votes in favour. 8. Request for the waiver of the parliamentary immunity of Ewald Stadler JURI/7/10698 2012/2239(IMM) The following spoke: Tadeusz Zwiefka (rapporteur). The draft report recommending that the immunity be waived was adopted unanimously with 13 votes in favour. 10.
