Bodmin Moor Commons Council This is the final list of commoners eligible to vote in the first election of the Bodmin Moor Commons Council taking place on Monday 29th February 2016 at Cardinham Village Hall from 7.30pm. This list is for the purposes of the first election vote only. The election will be overseen by the Returning Officer. At that meeting the Returning Officer will be:- • announcing any valid nominations for membership of the council; and • announcing the name of any validly appointed member of the council. The deadline for application / nomination is closed. I can confirm the number of candidates for each of the eight active grazier section does not exceed the number of vacancies. Therefore a ballot will not take place. I can confirm the number of candidates for the non-active grazier sections of Blisland/Hamatethy – St Cleer – Cardinham/Warleggan does not exceed the number of vacancies. Therefore a ballot will not take place.
