A few notes from the Under 16 Coach Bruce Cruickshank on the players performance so far this season: 29 March 2015 Wynnum/Coorparoo 19.14-128 def Calamvale/Jimboomba 0.1-1 Great win yesterday fellas albeit against an under strength undermanned Calamvale/ Jimboomba team. The score line of 19.14- 128 to 0.1-1 showed the dominance of our team until the game was called off half way through the last quarter with Calamvale/Jimboomba falling under 14 players able to take the field. A lot of positives to take out of the game where all players contributed and wanted to get a piece of the action. You were able to see just how skilful you are as a team and just how much is possible when you play as a team. It’s great to see that no matter what obstacles are put up you just go about your business to get the job done. Thanks again to our helpers on the day and for getting to the game on time as it was early and it was a bit of a drive. 22 March 2015 Wynnum/Coorparoo 63 def Park Ridge 37 To say today’s performance was great is a gross understatement. Absolutely fantastic! 63 to 37 win over Park Ridge. Words like courage, commitment, discipline, skill and tenacity come to mind which is what we are always asking of a team and it was there in your first game for the season. I must admit the way the team gelled together was quicker than I expected and is encouraging for the season. We had first timers, guys who haven’t played for a while, our Coorparoo team mates and under 14s, who had already played a game at Kedron, coming together with the core U16s to be one united team. From a club GIRLS PLAY FOOTY TOO !! perspective our Club Junior Coordinator To keep up to date with and all the parents and supporters were all the latest very proud at the way you guys conducted happenings at the yourselves. • Sydney 1St Grade Statistics Guide 2017-18
New South Wales Premier Cricket 1st Grade Statistical Guide -2017/18 by Adam Morehouse 1 This is a statistical guide for matches played in the New South Wales Premier 1st Grade Competition from 1893/94 until 2016/17. In total, there have been 15,411 First Grade matches played in the competition on 96 different grounds and 38 different clubs/associations. A further 537 matches have been abandoned. It includes statistics from the two day competition under it’s various guises, limited overs competitions under various names (including the Rothman’s Cup) and the Twenty20 Competiton under it’s various names. This is the first time that this statistical guide has been completed. I have tried to have the statistics as complete as possible but due to the large number of matches, there are currently a number of inconsistencies in my database which is currently being worked through. Therefore there is a possibility that this guide may contain errors but they will be corrected throughout the season. Although there are a large number of statistics in this publication, the breadth and range of the statistics have been curtailed until such inconsistencies have been found. In future editions of this guide, there will be a greater range of statistics included. If you believe you have found an error, please do not hesitate to contact the author. I would like to give a huge thank you to Colin Clowes who allowed me to use his research in the publication of this guide. 2 Sydney 1st Grade Clubs Team Name First Match Last Match Matches Australian Capital Territory
