The children enjoyed a guided tour of the castle grounds and took part in a drama workshop whereby everyone (teachers included!) re-enacted the important events in the castles history to learn about what life was like living there in past. To top it all off, the weather was absolutely glorious! A big thank you to all the parent helpers.’ Don’t forget that this Wednesday is the Parents forum meeting in the small hall from 2.45pm. All sessions will take place on the 3G pitch at the Checkatrade Stadium (opposite the Reds Bar), and will run every Friday, 17:00-18:00, from the 28th April. Sessions cost £3 per child.
