State Government Public Universities Federal Government Kentucky’s four-year public universities have many sources of financial aid. KHEAA contacts these universities every year so we Public Universities can publish the most up-to-date information about their programs, which are described in this section. In addition to the programs listed under each university, all of Private Colleges, Kentucky’s public universities participate in the following state and Universities, and federal student aid programs: Seminaries State: College Access Program Grant, Kentucky National Guard programs, Vocational Rehabilitation, Kentucky Educational Two-Year Excellence Scholarship, Public Child Welfare Certificate Program Public Colleges Scholarship, and state waivers.
